As a profile manufacturer that works with a wide variety of metals, IsoProfil naturally also offers professional welded profiles. Materials such as steel, stainless steel and tool steel, but also aluminium, brass, copper, titanium and bronze are welded by us to your individual specifications.

Our welding specialists are regularly trained and hold all the necessary certificates. Special tasks necessitate the use of welding equipment. An ultrasonic test completes the process with extended documentation, also as a D part.

The welding method most widely used by us is TIG welding using a tungsten electrode. Tungsten is particularly heat-resistant and therefore does not melt during the welding process and produces very fine weld seams. This means that we can produce even the most delicate weld seams for you in the welding shop at IsoProfil.
